What the fuck? So some people have a hard time reading aloud. Hell, some people even have difficulties articulating their own thoughts into speech without stumbling over them. That doesn’t make them stupid or worthy of mockery. If someone has the courage to read out loud in front of the entire class, even if they know they’re gonna fuck up, and especially when they know that judgmental twats like you are over there thinking nasty things about them for trying, then they should be commended, not ridiculed.

See this guy? His name is Jared Leto. He has a band called 30 Seconds to Mars which he co-founded with his big brother, Shannon Leto. Shannon was ordered by his doctor not to go the show. This is the first time in Shannon’s music career to miss out on a show. Jared brought his laptop to the show and skyped his brother during the entire show — basically, he brought the show to Shannon’s room. Woman Time Lords can control the way they will look when they regenerate, while male Time Lords cannot. This was established in Classic Who, when Romana regenerated.

Also, the Doctor wanting to be Ginger is not about the hair color. In Gallifrey, the only ones to have red hair were the people called Heroes which were beings who were time-sentient (meaning they could see all of the time at the same time). So I doubt they will ever make him ginger.
